Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

1. Return & Exchange Policy

--> Goods that do not need to be installed and can be kept in their original condition (such as unopened small electronic equipment, accessories, unused standard furniture, etc.) may be returned within 7 days, subject to the following conditions:

--> The goods must remain in brand new, unused condition and intact original packaging (including all accessories, instructions, labels, etc.).

--> Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless there is a quality problem with the goods or because we sent the wrong goods.

--> Refunds are available for exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are not available.


2. Non-Returnable Items (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items are not accepted for return or refund upon sale:

--> Goods that cannot be recovered after installation (such as large furniture or equipment such as billiard tables, game chairs, and game pods);

--> Custom goods (including special sizes, colors, or other personalized products);

--> Goods that affect secondary sale as a result of use or installation;

--> Products that are missing original packaging or accessories.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
